Swear garbage customer service. Please explain why I’m at a Verizon store calling customer service?? Why can’t these people just help me? I could have called Verizon from home. Are they only here to sell? It’s not a realer. Going to go back to AT&T as soon as possible. As I write this review I’ve been on with the phone 21 minutes and counting. I’ve been here 3 times, and all three times have been horrible customer service. Nobody takes ownership of my issue. All the promotions and deals Verizon is issuing out, once people see how horrible customer service is.

Poor customer service. If you need something from Verizon you better order them online. They should update their website that this facility is only open for curbside pickup. I was told by a Verizon employee that you have two options order your items online and go to the store to curbside pick up.

I keep basically being told it not their problem and that they cant help me since my phone got stolen and have no way to get in contact with the insurance company they partner with. They need work on their handling of the situation and communication with affiliated partners.

Alfredo the manager is awesome. Verizon is lucky to have him as a manager. He made sure I had everything activated and then showed me how to transfer everything. Told me just to come back if I had any problems. This is customer service this is not what I expected thank you so much Alfredo for the wonderful customer service. They only let you get 5 stars but hes a 10 plus. If you want a Verizon phone in your in Bakersfield go to The Valley plaza mall make sure Alfredo or one of his other great employees helps you. You made my day because you made this so much easier than I thought it would be thank you Alfredo have a great year.

I have been with Verizon for ten plus years. Went into the store to add line number 8 and the sales lady inside was so so rude. My son even told her how rude she was. On 10/10:2031 I am now considering changing to ATT. I will likely be closing my Verizon account.

Employees need to be trained to have good customer service! won't be surprised if this Verizon also closes down already looking into somewhere else to get business since they didnt do what asked for to also add my ein number to my business account if they dont like their job they should learn a new trade! I politely asked if someone can check my real balance since the machin only gives me part of the payment i want to know exact what I have to pay monthly her response was you can wait im busy and proceeds to talking to another employee talking about we got 30 more min to go home so it was obvious they didnt want to do their job!
